Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior IT Project Manager, Patient Engagement

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Role Overview:
• The Senior IT Project Manager in the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) drives project delivery, managing complex, high-impact projects from start to finish.
• Project Scope: Lead the Patient Engagement Project to transform the check-in experience across 900 clinics with a modernized Patient Engagement Portal. Key features include:
• Digital check-in
• Insurance card scanning
• Patient scheduling automation
• Waitlist functionality
• Oversee technical implementation, create status reports, and deliver weekly updates to C-level executives.
• Requirements:
• 8+ years in IT project management (enterprise platforms, infrastructure, software development, business applications)
• 5+ years with patient engagement applications, EHR implementations, or complex healthcare systems
• 5+ years in the healthcare industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office products
• Experience with PPM tools (e.g., PlanView, MS Project Server, CA Technologies) is a plus
• Expertise in technology solution delivery projects
• Proven ability to build detailed project schedules using MS Project
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and advocating for business technology projects
• Expertise in Waterfall methodology; familiarity with Agile or hybrid approaches
• Strong planning, communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
