What you'll do...

Key Responsibilities for this role include:

- Develop and implement automation strategies and initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity.

- Lead and manage automation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are met within budget and timeline.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and prioritize projects based on business needs.

- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to determine the viability of automation projects.

- Define project scope, objectives, and requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful implementation of automation solutions.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology and provide recommendations for new tools and techniques.
- Oversee program financial budgets and allocations.

-Track and report program KPIs and program performance.

Preferred Qualifications Include:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in leading and managing automation projects, preferably in a large-scale organization.

- Strong knowledge of automation tools and software, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Business Process Management (BPM) tools.

- Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma.

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...
