SUMMARY

The Senior Program Analyst supports the mission of Centers for Disease Control's (CDC's), Increasing Community Access to Testing Program (ICATT). Performs a variety of technical and support services including data review and project coordination.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Must possess at least five (5) years of experience in Business or Public Health.

Experience providing contract monitoring/management support (highly preferred).

Proficiency with MS Suite (highly desired).

Must be able to manage tasks with limited oversight.

Must be able to pass a customer background check for access to facilities, equipment and property. This Homeland Security Investigation requires U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident (Green Card) status.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Independently plans and executes projects that support ICATT program activities.

Develop presentations, white papers, data analysis, etc. for program initiatives.

Review and analyze the financial and programmatic data to support quality assurance, burn rate monitoring, vaccine administration alignment with Manufacturer doses distributed to vendors, and other analysis as needed.

Meet and confer with Government management officials regarding the status of specific program/technical activities as well as problems, issues, or conflicts requiring resolution.

Liaise with other HHS and CDC teams to support the program's scientific progress.

Assists with recommendations for improvements and documentation needed to assist management decision-making.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Master's degree and a minimum of (5) five years' relevant experience in Business, Public Health, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

JOB SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.

The pay range for this role is $96,555-$120,642, with the final offer amount dependent on location, skillset, and experience.
