As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects from planning to completion. Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Compliance:
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and DSA representatives to develop project plans that adhere to California's codes (Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations).
  • Ensure compliance with DSA requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Obtain necessary approvals and permits from DSA.
• Budgeting and Cost Control:
• Team Leadership and Coordination:
• Construction Oversight:
  • Supervise construction activities on-site, emphasizing safety, quality, and adherence to DSA standards.

  • Prepare progress reports, project summaries, and documentation required by DSA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, specifically with DSA projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of DSA regulations and Title 24 compliance.
