Sheet Metal Mechanic

Greenville, SC

Contract Position

Our Support in Greenville, South Carolina site is the home of the F-16 Fighting Falcon production line and provides nose-to-tail aircraft modification, maintenance, repair and overhaul services for both military and civil aircraft. For more than 35 years, the site has provided world-class and affordable sustainment services to thousands of aircraft, such as the C-130, P-3, KC-10, and C-9.

Responsibilities:

• Plans, lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs both internal and external aircraft structures and surfaces for aircraft modification in accordance with technical manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations.
• F-16 Production line structures and assembly. Installing fasteners, drilling bulkheads, skins, and building up fuselage components.
• Heavy Precision drilling, Countersinking, and reaming precision holes.
• Most be actively drilling precision holes on aircraft

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years Minimum Aviation production drilling/structures work make sure resume clearly identifies the experience and years.
• Areas of Expertise:
  • Aircraft production structures experience with 6 + years of experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Precision Drilling with 4-6 years of experience.
