Who You'll Work With

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team. Must be willing to work a hybrid work schedule, ideally 2-3 days/wk onsite to our client's location in Phoenix. Onsite requirement would be variable week to week.

What You'll Do

• Facilitating scrum ceremonies
• Daily scrum, sprint planning, review and retrospectives
• Identifying and removing roadblocks
• Coaching and mentoring supporting team members in developing their agile skills and understanding of scrum

What You'll Bring

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of direct experience or equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience leading teams as a scrum master for several years
• Ability to work a hybrid work schedule and report to location in Phoenix

Preferred Requirements:

• Certified Scrum Master

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $63/hr to $83/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
