RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Software Engineer - Workday Financials in Reston, VA.Summary:This specific role will be a workday developer specializing in Prism. All data is loaded into Workday. This is a complex role so understanding of Workday is a must along with knowledge of Prism. The candidate should be able to understand the programs and work independently.Key Tasks:- Develop and maintain financial software applications
- Work closely with the finance team to understand their needs and translate them into functional software
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
- Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of experience in Finance ERP/Accounting systems development with at least 4 years of experience on Workday platform with focus on Prism Analytics pipeline development
- Experience with Workday Financials, specifically on Accounting Center component
- Candidate should have experience in designing, building, testing and deploying Workday Integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio
- Experience with Workday implementation and/or post-production support including Prism Analytics, Studio Integrations and data analysis
- Understanding of Workday Security
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to help resolve integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solution
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
