Solutions Architect
The Select Group is seeking a Solutions Architect with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and Zuora for subscription billing to assess and evaluate current platforms and processes related to the entire revenue cycle, from the top of the funnel (contracting) through billing and service management, with the goal of identifying issues and recommending solutions for optimization. This role will require the Consultant to be onsite in Raleigh, NC.

Solutions Architect requirements:

• 5+ years' experience as a Solution Architect or similar role with hands on experience in Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Zuora.
• Experience with internal assessments of customer billing platforms, tools, and process.
• Implementation of new billing platforms, tools, and processes.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integration tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
• Strong experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms and its integration capabilities.
• Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, data integration, and middleware solutions.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering complex, enterprise-level cloud solutions.
• Experience in configuring Salesforce flows, approval processes, and automations.
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices for continuous integration and deployment.

Nice To have:

• Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect or Certified Technical Architect.
• Experience in financial services, subscription-based business models, or SaaS environments.

Solutions Architect Responsibilities:

• Design and architect integrated solutions leveraging Salesforce, Malbek, ServiceNow, and Zuora to address business challenges and streamline operations.
• Lead technical design sessions, providing detailed solution architecture, implementation plans, and configuration guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives.
• Define data models, workflows, and integration strategies between Salesforce, Malbek (Contract Lifecycle Management), and Zuora (Subscription Billing & Revenue).
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of the implemented solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and best practices.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation of the designed architecture.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize existing solutions, and provide technical leadership during project delivery.
• Stay current with new features and releases across Salesforce, Malbek, and Zuora to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide technical teams, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices.
