Alteryx is searching for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst. This position is remote-friendly.

Position Overview:

Sr Business Systems Analyst (Sr BSA) will play a critical role in supporting our ERP system, NetSuite, and other systems we support. The Sr BSA will work closely with representatives from various departments within the organization. We are looking for a seasoned professional who can own and drive projects to completion. Our ideal candidate possess experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives, consumption billing system implementations, and e-commerce integrations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Initiate, drive, and complete projects under minimum supervision
  
• The main areas of focus are:
  
  • Understand and document requirements
    
  • Generate test cases
    
  • Participate in solution design
    
  • Conduct unit testing
    
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing
    
  • Manage change control processes
    
  • Document and share changes
    
  • Own and update Epics
    
• May perform administrator tasks for NetSuite and other systems from time to time.
  
• Support other administrators by providing technical and functional advice
  
• Be part of the Agile team and perform tasks required by it
  
• Assist users in developing/refining their processes around the supported systems
  
• Support unit testing and user acceptance testing for projects
  
• Ensure SOX compliance by properly documenting system changes and permission changes
  
• Ensure system compliance with Company policies, procedures and protocols for system standards, customizations and changes
  
• Other duties as assigned
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree - MIS, Computer Science or Accounting
  
• 5 to 10 years of experience as a BSA or in related business areas.
  
• NetSuite experience as a BSA or administrator
  
• System Savvy - ability to find your way around the system NATURALLY.
  
• Good people skills and positive attitude
  
• Commitment to complete projects on time
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem solving environment.
  
• Excellent customer service skills
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Experience in one or more of the following:
  
  • Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives
    
  • Consumption billing system implementations
    
  • E-commerce integrations
    

Valued Skills:

• Software industry experience
  
• SuiteFlow and/or SuiteScript experience
  
• Experience working in Agile environment
  
• SAP Concur, SAP Commissions, JIRA, ServiceNow, Lucid, Excel, and SQL
  
• Previous experience working in a SOX environment is a huge plus
  

Compensation:

Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.

The "On Target Earnings" (OTE) for this role in the United States is $116,000 - $136,000.
