As a Sr. Controls Engineer, you will lead complex capital projects and optimize cutting-edge manufacturing processes at their facility. You will design, implement, and enhance advanced automated systems while mentoring team members and driving strategic innovation.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Experience: 5+ years of industrial experience, preferably in food, beverage, or pharma manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical controls, including PLC programming (Allen-Bradley), HMI configuration, Vision Systems, and industry standards like UL/CE.
- Project Management: Experience managing large-scale projects; PMP certification is a plus.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Tools: MS Project, MS Office Suite, SAP, AutoCAD
