PRODUCT TEAM
The Product Manager plays a pivotal role in defining, prioritizing, and executing against the product roadmap. They are responsible for ensuring that the product meets customer needs, aligns with the company's strategy, and delivers value to business owners, all while managing the product teams to drive success. The Product Manger, in conjunction with the Solution Architect, oversee the work of their product teams and report to the Sr. Product Manager and Enterprise Architect.
Job Description: • Provide guidance and coaching to product owners, development teams, and designers
• Coordinate product launches and marketing efforts to drive successful adoption
• Continuously evaluate product performance against KPIs and objectives
• Enhance user experience through usability improvements and user interface enhancements
• Develop pricing strategies that maximize revenue while remaining competitive
• Develop and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with the
platform's business objectives
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify
opportunities and trends
• Create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap outlining the vision,
goals, and release timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements
and priorities
• Allocate resources and budgets to product development based on
strategic priorities
Responsibilities:
• Proficiency in SAFe principals and Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, enabling efficient product development • Utilization of data and analytics to make informed decisions and gauge product performance
• Strong communication skills to convey the product vision, requirements, and updates clearly to stakeholders
• Ability to identify and resolve complex problems and adapt to changing circumstances
• Understanding of user-centered design principles to ensure user-friendly products
• Ability to craft and execute a well-defined product strategy in
alignment with business objectives prioritized against Program
Increments (PIs) • Understanding of conducting thorough market research and
competitive analysis to spot opportunities and industry trends
• Proficiency in creating and managing a product roadmap that charts
development plans and milestones
• Effective collaboration with diverse teams, including developers,
designers, and marketers
• Skill in prioritizing product requirements based on business value,
customer needs, and technical feasibility
Skills and
Expertise:
• 10 + years of relevant work experience in product management, or project management
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field business, computer science, and information technology
- Plus, Completed Agile Certifications
• Plus, MBA or advanced degree
- Must have recent retail experience
- Must have SFCC
