Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sr Program/Project Manager
Hybrid in Los Angeles, CA; Irvine,CA or San Antonio, TX
12+ month contract

Responsibilities:
Process Flexibility: Not married to process; uses it as a tool when needed and works outside the box.
Business Orientation: Builds relationships, clear on outcomes, and responsive to customer needs.
Change Management: Helps deliver outcomes and manage change effectively.
Sales Data Foundation: Fixes sales systems for salespeople, understands traditional software development, Agile, product management, and software delivery.
Technical Expertise: Handles complex technology, data, information and analytics, data engineering, and cloud.
Job Details:
7-10+ years of program/project management experience.
Strong stakeholder management skills in working and leading business partners through a transformation of Global Finance, specifically around how they lead this with the rest of the enterprise (outside of GF).
Program/project management experience in data delivery leading successful business and/or technology enterprise projects from initiation through deployment including user adoption and change management.
Strategy and operating model experience.
Ability to facilitate and implement a future state operating model with supporting data Insights & Analytics technology/dashboards.
Experience in the data domain a strong plus:
Data Strategy & Transformation Change Management, Organizational Design, Operating Model, Product Mode, Center of Excellence.
Data Management Data Governance & Quality, Master Data Management, Lineage & Metadata Management, Business Intelligence & Reporting.
Understanding and/or skilled in Waterfall, Agile (e.g., SAFe, Scrum & Kanban) and Product Mode Delivery.
Previous success and savvy with a blend of delivery experience (business strategy, technology systems, vendor management), and can apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work.
Ability to partner cross-functionally to solve complex problems and have the confidence to influence stakeholders.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and take ownership to drive towards resolution.
Skilled communicator and can facilitate challenging discussions; ability to fine-tune communication style to connect with a variety of stakeholders, including executive-level stakeholders.
Strong delivery skills - drives with finesse.
Change management activation experience as part of delivery is a plus.
