Alteryx is searching for a Sr. Revenue Operations Business Partner (Customer Success & Professional Services). This position is remote-friendly.
Position Overview:
As Alteryx's business evolves and broadens, the company is executing a strategy that requires dedicated operational leaders across each functional part of the business to help maximize efficiency and productivity. This is a high impact individual contributor role, reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations. The ideal candidate is expected to be able to work strategically and effectively to ensure success across the Customer Success (CS) & Professional Services (PS) organizations. They will need to help define the strategy for the function & then provide operational rigor during execution. This involves defining and optimizing processes and systems, analyzing and tracking all Key Performance Indicators, and driving cross-functional initiatives that will improve results.
This role requires communication and collaboration with many teams and departments throughout the company and potentially third parties. Ideal candidates are analytical, process-oriented, energetic, and enjoy working in a high-growth, data and operationally driven environment. The selected candidate will have strong business acumen, outstanding communication skills, project management skills, top-notch data analytics abilities, as well as strong attention to detail.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Define and support the "rhythm of the business" for CS/PS.
- Lead CS/PS Business Planning; including targets for utilization, headcount and related Investment Plans in partnership with other Sales Operation's teams.
- Create & support exec level presentations such as QBRs.
- Act as voice of CS/PS in strategic initiatives & projects, able to own & run smaller projects.
- Reporting and analysis: provide various forms of business performance analysis and reporting to the key stakeholders; identify additional reporting and analysis needs, and work with the various systems and cross-functional operations teams to develop the appropriate reporting or dashboard solutions; extend where possible to enable self-service solutions for CS/PS representatives.
- Help optimize allocation of resources across Customer Success & Professional Services.
- Business and Technical Business Process Workflow: analyzing, developing and refining business process workflows within different parts of CS/PS. Work with appropriate departments to develop required tools and escalation paths.
- Monitor functional budgets in conjunction with Finance. Analyze and implement opportunities for optimizing expenses.
- Take responsibility for clear, concise onboarding material for New Hires, working in partnership with CS/PS Leadership, HR and Sales Enablement organizations.
- Experience in a Customer Success or Professional Services operations or management role. Consulting background welcomed with demonstratable experience in operations on a customer site.

- Required: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Required: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with attention to detail.
- Required: Ability to understand complicated systems and explain them in simple terms.
- Preferred: Experience with prioritization frameworks aligned to strategic initiatives.
- Preferred: Ability to champion a projects value by showing ROI or other means.
- Preferred: Experience using Tableau, Alteryx, Salesforce, Financial Force.
Compensation:Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The salary range for this role in the United States is $124,100 - $184,400.
In addition, you may be eligible for additional compensation, such as a bonus. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
