A day in the life.
As our Strategic Client Executive on the Rx Solutions team, you'll be involved in the sales process and serve as the main point person for the MMA field offices on post-sale implementation and ongoing client support as it relates to pharmacy management. The position will also work with PBMs and our strategic partners to ensure their deliverables related to both the vision of this approach and that the needs of the MMA field offices are met.
We will count on you to:
- Be the main point of contact for the MMA field on all things pharmacy related
- Lead client pharmacy market bids, RFPs, and PBM negotiations
- Present results and recommendations to MMA field, clients and prospects
- Provide final review of all new ASA agreements and, if needed, work with Carriers/PBMs for all corrections before client signoff
- Lead trainings with MMA field force on a regular basis focusing on clinical or pharmacy topics
- Present consulting model with pre-renewal meetings
- Work with clinical pharmacist and actuarial team to assess relevant pharmacy strategies on a PBM and client specific basis to improve member adherence and save money
Travel: Estimated that approximately 30-35% of this role will require travel to MMA field offices throughout the assigned MMA regions
Our future colleague.We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent career experience
- Minimum of ten (10) years working directly in pharmacy from PBM, carrier, consultant or pharma manufacturer perspective
- Particular focus and experience with major accounts and a strong understanding of pharmacy benefits
- Strong relationship management experience with knowledge and experience in the area of benefit consultation.
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Current L&H licensure or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
- In-depth knowledge of PBM contracts, and extensive experience in analysis and negotiations related to pharmacy and PBMs
