RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Analyst in Salt Lake City, UT.Key Tasks:- Strategic Initiatives Analyst will contribute to the creation of strategic plans by identifying key initiatives that align with long-term organizational objectives
- Perform external market research, industry evaluations, and competitive analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making
- Oversee program development with key partners to define project scope, objectives, ownership, and success criteria
- Utilize agendas, status reports, and decision frameworks to facilitate effective execution and decision-making
- Analyze trends within the insurance industry and suggest actions to adapt future strategies
- Employ a range of third-party tools, publications, and internal data to deliver timely and precise competitive research and market analysis relevant to organizational capabilities
- Organize and lead regular meetings and program reviews addressing both internal and external topics of interest for senior leadership
- As a Strategic Initiatives Analyst, you will develop expertise across multiple project engagements within a unified platform
- Continuously seek and implement improvements in strategic planning and execution processes, incorporating feedback and lessons learned
- Create and maintain a repository of valuable competitive intelligence materials (e.g., profiles, battlecards, newsletters) for business use
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategic Management, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in strategic planning, project management, consulting, or a similar role within the insurance or financial services sector
- Demonstrated capability to manage strategic projects from inception through to successful implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record in comprehensive market research and competitive analysis
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
