Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $53,500.00 - $63,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

Essential Functions

• Oversee department workflow and effectively communicate decisions, priorities and relevant information to team members
  
• Provide guidance to employees on departmental projects/issues, coach and develop training plans, lead development conversations and answer day-to-day questions for team members
  
• Provide operational direction to employees in accordance with established systems and procedures
  
• Motivate team members to meet production and quality goals and interact with customers regularly
  
• Work with project management team regarding vendor software upgrades and complete testing of software as required
  
• Perform other duties as assigned
  

Work Schedule

• Sunday-Thursday, 9:30pm - 6:30am (3rd Shift)
  
• All 3rd Shift employees receive a 15% shift differential
  

The Supervisor, Remittance Processing position is eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus to be split $500 (on pay period after reaching 30 days of employment) and $500 (on pay period after reaching 90 days of service); on applications received between September 13, 2024 - November 8, 2024, or until all the positions have been filled, whichever comes first.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• Strong knowledge of the reconciliation field
  
• Strong customer service skills
  
• Ability to develop and coach team members with proven ability to achieve results through collaboration and teamwork
  
• Self-starter with strong decision-making skills and the ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of the company, clearly expressing ideas and concepts, both verbally and in writing
  
• Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
  
• Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
  

Education & Experience

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  
• 3+ years remittance experience required
  
• 1+ years leadership experience required
  
• Remittance processing experience preferred

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $53,500 to $63,000 annually.
