Job Summary:
Assists in the delivery of education and training for clinical and business applications supporting Froedtert Health Pharmacy Solutions (FHPS), including but not limited to Epic Home Infusion. Working closely with Principal Trainers and System Education Coordinators, they assist in the educational process including conducting needs assessment, and evaluation of orientation and education relevant to hospital staff. As a member of the training and education design team, the associate system education coordinator assists in delivery of clinical systems education. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 2 years of experience is as a clinical end user of a healthcare information system or technology in healthcare is required.
A minimum of 1 year experience as a clinical preceptor, super user or departmental technology trainer is preferred.
Professional knowledge of educational theories and principles to assess educational needs and design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for staff is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Associate Degree in a clinical or technical program preferred.
LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:
Epic certification preferred.
