Systems Administrator- Control Systems

Huntsville, AL

Addition Location Available (CONUS & OCONUS)

Salary: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00

Responsibilities:

• Administer Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS) for the Army Materiel Command (AMC) under the S3E contract.
• Provide technical support for the maintenance, testing, operations, and integration of FRCS.
• Configure and implement industrial control systems, including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), SCADA, and building automation systems.
• Ensure proper functionality of FRCS, including addressing TCP/IP networks and RS-485 communications across multiple protocols (BACnet, Lon, Modbus).
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational and technical issues within control systems.
• Monitor FRCS operations to ensure optimal performance and compliance with data requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between government customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma and 16+ years of experience.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Working knowledge of desktop applications (word processing, spreadsheets, databases).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to travel domestically (CONUS) and internationally (OCONUS) as needed.
• Desired Qualifications:
  
  • Familiarity with SCADA software (Wonderware, ICONICS, FactoryTalk Studio) and PLCs.
  • Experience with Building Automation Systems (Niagara, Metasys, Trane).
  • Certifications in IEC 62443, GIAC Security Essentials, or Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP).
  • Knowledge of hardening Field Points of Contacts (FPOC) and Building Points of Contacts (BPOC).
