Basic Job Functions:
The Accountant will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely tax filings and payments across all locations where NIPG has nexus. The primary focus will be on federal, state, and local payroll and property taxes as well as business license administration. This role will support month-end close procedures, prepare journal entries, conduct balance sheet reconciliations, and contribute to the monthly reporting process. The Accountant will also assist in special projects, ad-hoc analysis, and general accounting responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- One or more years of tax and regulatory compliance experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or direct related work experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft D365 or similar ERP system
- Multi-state tax filing experience
