We currently have an exciting career opportunity in our Tax Operations team for a Project Coordinator based out of our Charlotte office in a remote capacity.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Ensure the seamless operation of projects by effectively handling tasks and coordinating various project elements in a dynamic environment including the prioritizing, planning, and organizing of projects simultaneously.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office suite to manage team documents and tasks diligently.
  • Organize and participate in meetings capturing and structuring essential information.
  • Exhibit problem-solving acumen independently resolving issues while seeking guidance when necessary.
  • Facilitate communication by organizing and distributing messages, maintaining departmental files/records, and supporting presentations and reports.
  • Update and maintain Tax intranet policies and procedures, collaborating with IT to address technical issues.
  • Provide support and backup to team members and be available for staffing support during non-standard business hours for special projects and peak season demands.
  • Perform administrative duties, as needed, to aid team members including involvement in GoFileRoom related projects.
YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferable.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a high-volume, demanding, deadline-driven environment.
  • Superior organizational and follow-through skills with strong attention given to details and deadlines.
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic environment and the ability to have agility to manage and change priorities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in formal and informal presentation settings.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Proven technical skills with MS Office to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
