Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite Required)
Duration: Perm Hire (Vendors Not Permitted)

Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and a detail-oriented Recruiting Sourcer with a background in technology recruiting to join our team in Dunwoody, GA. This important role serves our Recruiting Team by identifying strong potential candidates, as well as building solid pipelines for our job roles.

Description:

• Develop a deep understanding of position requirements and source talent that aligns with its needs
• Use various job platforms, LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, to search and identify qualified passive and active candidates
• Screen resumes and applications, and conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit
• Collaborate and assist other recruiting team members
• Meet and maintain performance KPIs and metrics
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive market insights to continually refine sourcing strategies

Requirements:

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong sourcing skills on major job boards and effective Boolean string creation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A passion to learn and grow
