Technical Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process workflows, user manuals, and training materials for technical applications.
• Create and format technical diagrams, reports, and internal/external communications for a variety of audiences.
• Produce training content such as coursework and videos for common tasks to enhance user learning experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and clear documentation for end-users with different technical backgrounds.
• Edit and revise technical documents for clarity, readability, and consistency, ensuring they are accessible to non-technical users.
• Assist with the creation of style guides, SOPs, policy documentation, and content management for web platforms.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical content into simple, easy-to-understand language.
• Experience creating end-user documentation for technical applications, including user manuals, technical diagrams, and training materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft O365 and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop) and web content management.
• Experience in presenting technical information in a live setting (e.g., training sessions, presentations, or video conferences).
• Knowledge of CSS and user experience design principles, with an eye for document formatting and layout for readability.
• Excellent collaboration and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and in team settings
