Top Skills:

• Extensive experience in Business Requirement Document creation
• Proficiency in creating Test Documents using SQL
• Strong background in Controls and Auditor Controls (e.g., EBCE)
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Six Sigma certification is a significant advantage

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Documentation Management:

• Maintain and update monthly report inventory.
• Oversee the JIRA report intake process.
• Create and update Jira stories for report documentation.
• Act as a consultant for all report documentation, including business requirements and test documents.
• Provide training on creating requirements and test documents.
• Serve as a liaison and SME for the centralized documentation team.
• Perform peer testing of all report artifacts.

Control and Procedure Support:

• Maintain control/procedure documents, including control walkthrough decks and supporting documentation.
• Act as an SME on all department controls and execute controls regularly.
• Identify inefficiencies and duplicative processes within controls/procedures, develop improvement plans, and execute them.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Support other departmental needs as required.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, highly regulated, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams or equivalent tools.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Jira (features, stories, sub-tasks) and Confluence.
• Self-starter with SQL skills preferred.
• Experience in audit and control, and business analysis.
