Description:

Our client is seeking an individual to conduct telephonic outreach to Primary Care Physician (PCP) and Behavioral Health (BH) offices as part of a secret shopper initiative. The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to provider offices to attempt to secure new member appointments. The individual will document the outcome of each call, including the next available new patient appointment and the appropriate disposition code, in a project tracker.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to PCP and BH provider offices.
• Attempt to secure new member appointments.
• Document call outcomes and disposition codes accurately in a project tracker.

Qualifications:

• No healthcare experience required; acting as a member attempting to make an appointment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with outbound calling.
• Proficient in data entry.
• High attention to detail.
