We are seeking fo a Telesales Representative for a client located in Plymouth, MN.

Job Duties/Description:

* Sets appointments via phone calls and other forms of communication to negotiate space rental prices for advertisements and promotions.

* Writes lease agreements and builds strong customer relationships with just a few phone calls.

* Resolves customer concerns in a calm, professional manner.

* Update location profile data to ensure data base accuracy

* Completes lease forms and agreements

* Maintains work areas and office in clean and orderly manner.

* Develops an accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the business, particularly in areas such as rent and pricing information.

* Remains up to date of assigned campaign status of all lease projects

* Seeks educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.

Requirements:

* At least one (1) year of sales and customer service experience preferred.

* High school diploma or GED

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to multitask.

* Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented.

* Detail-oriented and work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines.

* Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision.

* Knowledge Word and Excel, Outlook.

Additional Info:

  • Pay rate: $21-24/hr (will pay more DOE or bilingual- Spanish, Hindu, Chinese)
  • Schedule: 8:30am - 5pm Mon - Friday
  • Location: 100% in office (may qualify for hybrid after 1 month on Wednesday & Friday)
