Our client is currently seeking a Trust Admin
Contract will run till end of year or into early 2025 depending on how much work
100% Monday - Friday in-office
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Work through two cleanup efforts - authorized signer removal, trust log review, and deceased file cleanup.
- Summary of work would be reviewing backlog of Trust account cases (members opening a trust account or converting their existing account to trust account) and performing file review/status cleanup, reassigning work, and in some cases outreach to member by mail and phone.
- Mailing letters to members for authorized signer removal and performing account maintenance.
- Deceased file review for completion and any action needed.
- The ideal candidates have banking experience and experience reviewing/understanding trust documents.
- They also need to be able to work largely independently
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, organized, attention to detail.
