We are seeking a talented individual to join our US & Canada Career team at Mercer. This role will be based in any of our major US offices. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a key member of the US&C Career Practice, you will drive our mission to redefine the world of work and lead transformative initiatives in HR digital transformation across the United States and Canada.
We will count on you to:
- Deliver on the US and Canada External Market and Client Agenda by executing global strategies and establishing Mercer as the premier provider of HR digital transformation services.
- Drive innovation in HR transformation, focusing on RPA/AI, organizational change management, data analytics, and design thinking, while overseeing the integration of Mercer's comprehensive portfolio into HR Digital Transformation offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, technology vendors, and industry partners, while leading sales efforts and representing HR Digital Transformation in the market.
- Guide successful HR technology deployments across various platforms, including WDAY technology implementation, and lead a high-performing team of HR transformation experts.
What you need to have:
- Recognized thought leader in HR transformation and digital HR strategies with extensive experience in technology implementation across multiple solutions and platforms.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives and successful HR technology deployments.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on driving profitable growth and client satisfaction, along with excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, engage C-suite executives, and demonstrate success in change management and organizational transformation.

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $240,000 to $360,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
