Mass General Brigham Home Care serves patients from rehabilitation after illness or injury, to chronic disease management. Qualifications
This position will be remoter after training in Massachusetts.

Job Summary
Collect and analyze data to recommend effective and efficient utilization of clinical staff that results in best patient clinical outcomes while maximizing the organization's financial position.

Key Activities
• Identify, collect, track, monitor, analyze, and present data using EPIC, Home Health Gold and other patient data sources.
• Compile and report data with appropriate managers and staff as assigned by team/geography
• Synthesize data into summary reports for presentation to clinical leaders for decision making.
• Work collaboratively with clinical, administrative, and management staff to obtain good clinical outcomes and financial results.
• Communicate effectively with others on team and within organization to achieve results.
• Implement activities that will result in effective and efficient service delivery utilization management for assigned patients and/or clinicians.

Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum 4 years administrative experience required
• Associates degree required, Bachelors preferred.
• Prior experience in data collection and analysis required, including the ability to present data in user friendly formats including electronic, hardcopy, and verbally.
• Medical terminology experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required
• Ability to work independently and persistently to accomplish results and defined goals.
• Outstanding written, verbal and electronic communications skills
• Advanced computer skills required. Minimum of 3 years of computer experience.
• Minimum 3 years of continually advancing experience with Excel and proven ability to learn new software applications
• Highly organized and detail-oriented skills required
• Ability to work with and maintain sensitive and confidential information
• Must be able to occasionally drive to various offices and other locations as needed.
