Job/Project Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a UX Engineer or Architect to help an enterprise company bring together the user experience of multiple sites across different companies being merged. This person will own the UX for the creation of this new site as well as for other potential sites within the company. If you are a senior UX professional who can work with very little oversight and looking for a long-term opportunity, this is the role for you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and implement usability studies, personas, user flows, wireframes, style guides, prototypes, and high- fidelity mockups.
• Ability to collaborate on design projects iteratively in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Create rapid iterations of design prototypes that can be tested and validated with users.
• Oversee User Testing activities in order to iterate designs based on feedback from customers.
• Leverage data and consumer feedback to drive design decisions.
• Conduct appropriate user research and analysis methods to answer the research questions at hand.
• Articulate industry trends and make recommendations on the benefit related to the product roadmap.
• Develop design requirements.
• Assist on prioritizing opportunities, constraints and features along with estimation efforts.
• Comfortable supporting daily UX decisions with the product/project manager, developers, and other business units.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of UX engineering and/or architecture experience
• Must have proficiency in more than one UX discipline, including User Research, Interaction Design/Information Architecture, and Visual Design
• Must have experience with Figma for creation of wireframes and high fidelity mockups
• Must have experience with front-end development fundamentals like HTML, CSS, and Javascript. (Ideally experience interacting with Angular)
• Must have experience with Visual Studio, VS Code, and Azure DevOps to make changes to code and complete code changes via pull requests
• Ideally have experience with GIT
• Must be able to create and implement usability studies, personas, user flows, wireframes, style guides, prototypes, and high- fidelity mockups
• Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize/complete projects in a timely manner
• Must have strong creative skills and ability to generate design ideas
• Must have Strong interaction design and web technology skills.
• Must have strong knowledge of technical capabilities and constraints across devices.
• Must be familiar with industry standards and trends along with experience designing within the healthcare industry.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and ideally Kanban boards is required
