Salary Range: $135700 - $278300 Salary

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At One Call, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $135700 - $278300 Salary

JOB SUMMARY:

The Vice President of Sales is responsible for driving new business to achieve the company's sales targets and revenue goals. This role involves strategic planning, business development, market analysis, and establishing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The VP of Sales will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer, focusing on new business and alternative growth channels, in support of the company's overall business objectives.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement an effective sales plan, strategies and objectives to drive revenue growth.

  • Set action plans to meet/exceed annual sales target.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion and differentiation.

  • Instill a belief in the company's vision, mission and goals and work to establish One Call Care Management as an industry expert and leader.


  • Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue critical market segments through market research and competitor analysis to target growth.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, brokers, and industry partners.

  • Responsible for strategy and activities involved in selling products and/or services and developing new prospects.

  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.

  • Develops and maintains an active and prospective pipeline of opportunities.

  • Ensure development and maintenance of long-term relationships with prospect base.

  • Initiate contact with prospective customers to sell targeted One Call Care Management products and/or services.

  • Negotiate, structure, and close "deals" that meet customer expectations and One Call Care Management's ability to deliver.


  • Sales Operations:

  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Identify sales policies and practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Demonstrate specialized product knowledge for One Call solutions, market, and competitive intelligence.

  • Prepare and present proposals to clients - utilizing One Call Care Management resources and tools.

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with sales activities.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role within the insurance industry, specifically in workers' compensation.

  • Strong understanding of workers' compensation insurance products and market dynamics.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Travel is 50%.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Relationship Building: Excellent ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and team members.

  • Negotiation: Skilled negotiator with a proven track record in closing complex deals.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, sales performance, and financial data.

  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
