Details:
- Individual contributor position responsible for the creation and development of company-wide standards for visual merchandising displays and programs.
- May create and design presentation guidelines of products.
- May develop and coordinate the training materials to communicate these standards either directly to the store visual merchandising staff or through the field visual merchandising managers.
- Preps stores for floor sets and maintains and replaces props and visual elements as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years experience in retail merchandising and visual.
