RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a VoIP Tech to join a dynamic and growing team in Grand Rapids, MI. We are searching for an enthusiastic individual eager to learn and make a positive impact.Summary:As a VoIP Technician, you will be an essential part of the team, helping to install, troubleshoot, and repair both on-premises and cloud VoIP phone systems. This role requires a strong desire to learn and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborate environment.REQUIREMENTS:
- A keen interest in technology and telecommunications
- Basic understanding of networking and IT infrastructure
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
