Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co-op, is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join the Warehouse team in Louisville, KY.
Position Overview
Incumbent will oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations and provide supervision to warehouse team members. This is a working Supervisor role, and incumbent will be required to spend up to 10% of time loading/unloading equipment in the warehouse using a forklift. Will oversee inventory levels, monitor, and ensure the safety of employees, facility, and goods. Ensure efficient usage of warehouse space. Operate an applicable system to update inventory status and respond to stakeholder's inquiries. Contribute to the development of processes and procedures. Provide assistance with warehouse, logistics, and transportation operations and ensure quality, efficiency, and a safe work environment. Stage and inventory restaurant equipment. Ensure accurate receipt and shipping of equipment. Perform general warehouse, logistics, and transportation tasks.
Essential Functions
• Manage the receiving and shipping of day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Manage the day-to-day shipments scheduling and transportation (logistics).
• Track and trace shipments, carrier performance monitoring, and other activities as needed to service customer's
requirements.
• Identify the most cost-effective transportation routing.
• Supervise the warehouse team and keep Senior Manager informed of day-to-day activity.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing in Netsuite of receipts and shipments.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of the restaurant equipment.
• Ensure customer expectations are met for on-time delivery and specific requirements.
• Communicate on a regular basis with suppliers, customers, network support teams, etc.
• Perform general warehouse maintenance and safety tasks, general security, inclement weather precautions, and
warehouse floor safety.
• Check and perform quality control of materials against packing lists, customer orders, pick lists, and
billings.
• Supervise and perform counting, weighing, and identifying of materials meant for shipment.
• Supervise and perform organization of inbound equipment and ensure accurately identified, labeled equipment is
placed in proper location.
• Assist in preparation of shipping documentation and other related paperwork.
• Supervise and perform forklift and pallet jack operations.
• Order, receive and maintain equipment, materials, office supplies and tools.
• Assist in maintaining expenses within annual department budget.
• Define and implement scorecards to drive results.
• Implement best in class practices for warehouse customer service and efficiency.
• Ensure safe work practices, including monthly safety meetings and certifications are kept up to date. For
example, fire extinguishers are in compliance.
• Flexibility with schedule due to deliveries or other unexpected needs.
• Assist in training of new team members.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
First Shift, Monday through Friday - May require some overtime in the mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Education, Experience and Skills
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of warehouse supervisory experience required. Prefer 5 years of warehouse shipping and
receiving supervisory and operation experience.
• Prior experience operating an electric sit-down forklift required. Prior forklift certification required. Will
recertify if certification has expired.
• Prior experience using a pallet jack.

• Must be a team player. Working in a small team environment.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Highly organized and attention to detail
• Prior OSHA and safety experience in a warehouse environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
• Prefer experience with ERP (Oracle NetSuite) and WMS software applications.
• Shipping and logistics background in the equipment industry, preferred.
• Experience loading and unloading heavy and bulky restaurant equipment.
• Must be able to lift fifty pounds. Bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods of time.
