RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Website Content Administrator in Katy, TX.Responsibilities:
  • Website Content Administrator will ensure timely delivery of product content from third-party providers within budget
  • Act as the primary contact for product content providers and maintain those relationships
  • Work with brands to acquire digital assets for product pages, including imagery and physical samples
  • Track and manage product lists for content and image completion on a daily and weekly basis
  • As a Website Content Administrator, you will build positive relationships with vendors and internal teams to gather necessary assets for the website
  • Collaborate with content specialists and merchants to activate product launches, ensuring brand consistency
  • Stay flexible and open to taking on new tasks as they arise, adapting to changes in the content or digital space


REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of related work experience
  • Experience in eCommerce, retail, buying, brand management, marketing, project management, or a similar field is preferred
  • Knowledge of Excel, particularly for data organization and analysis; Proficiency in Excel is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and present it clearly
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration across internal and external teams
  • Self-driven with a proactive mindset, able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Focus on accuracy, especially when dealing with high volumes of information or data
  • Skill in analyzing and interpreting data to make informed decisions or develop presentations
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset to tackle challenges as they arise
  • Flexibility in handling changes and taking on new tasks as needed, especially in a dynamic business environment
  • Ability to lead by example and demonstrate passion for the work, along with a solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to adapt to company culture and changes effectively
  • These skills ensure success in managing content delivery, collaborating with various teams, and maintaining a high standard of quality in eCommerce or retail operations


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
