Job description:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/billing admin with strong overall administrative skills.
We are a construction/plumbing company; so this person must have some construction background working as an administrative assistant.

Overall administrative work such as answering phones, data entry, ordering supplies, organizing, filing, etc...
Processing wholesale orders
Inventory tracking and control
Customer service functions along with assisting with any acccounting duties (AP, AR and invoicing/billing)
Various other administrative and customer service functions
We are looking for a friendly person who has the following traits:
Strong overall administrative assistant skills with preferably

3-5+ years experience as an administrative assistant
Strong communications skills and solid basic math skills
Possesses strong work ethics and is results-oriented
We work hard to maintain a work environment that is positive and supportive, yet one where we value productivity and results.
