A large Law Firm in Los Angles, CA is seeking Talent Systems Administrator/Workday Expert to join their team.

Salary: 130K - 145K/YR

Mostly Remote Role. Candidates must live in Los Angeles, CA because occasionally you will need to report to the office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance our Workday HRIS and other systems.
• Innovate: Design and implement new modules, features, and integrations.
• Collaborate: Work with experts to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
• Support: Provide top-notch system support and training.
• Enhance: Identify opportunities to boost system performance.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years minimum experience in a similar role.
• Advanced Workday configuration and administration experience.
• Operational support and project management experience in HR systems.
• Strong/expert level Microsoft Excel skills.
• Exceptional Service Focus - ability to professionally handle end-user inquiries and meet or exceed customer expectations regarding service.
