This is a role well suited for a highly motivated student looking to build their skill set and gain hands-on experience. As an X-Ray Tube Lifecycle Optimization Co-op, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting a cross-functional team of Business Process Engineers, Financial Analysts, Service Operations Specialists, and others to evaluate how device utilization and service processes can be better aligned to optimize the lifecycle and performance of X-Ray tubes within our fleet of medical imaging devices.
• You will report your findings and recommendations to mid and senior level executives and defend your rationale. These recommendations could result in changes to service operations and business strategies.
• You may take part in the knowledge exchange with our R&D team to improve and further develop our products and service operations.

• You have strong analytical and presentation skills.
• You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions.

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

• Have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, majoring in Electrical Engineering and currently pursuing a PhD
• Minimum 3.5 GPA (preferred)

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $44.00 hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on education, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers interns paid time off.
