Where you come in:

As our Staff Global Enterprise Strategic Planner, you will be at the forefront of creating and executing critical projects that drive our global supply chain strategy. In this role, you will:

Cost-Optimized Strategy:

  • Design and execute cost-optimization strategies to enhance overall supply chain performance.

Capacity Modeling:
  • Develop and implement advanced capacity models to forecast capital requirements and optimize production capacity.

Lead Supply Chain Programs:
  • Develop, implement, and lead supply chain programs to meet expected outcomes and support strategic goals.

Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Partner with global planning, operations, strategic sourcing, contract manufacturing management, and Subject Matter Experts to align on objectives and requirements.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and ensure accountability in planning processes.

Supply Chain Transformation:
  • Contribute to and evolve the supply chain transformation roadmap to align with business priorities.
  • Implement best-in-class planning solutions to streamline operations and improve overall performance.

  • You excel at creating and sustaining strategic supply plans that drive informed decision-making and strategic investments.

Your Problem-Solving Skills:
  • You identify problem statements and structure them into programs with clear and measurable goals and milestones. You also execute against strategy, managing through obstacles and ambiguity with ease.

Your Communication Skills:
  • You create and follow a structured communication strategy to keep stakeholders informed and drive engagement, fostering partnerships to define and drive the transformation roadmap and direction.

Your Technical Proficiency:
  • You have advanced Excel modeling skills and experience utilizing Supply Chain Systems such as Anaplan, Oracle EBS/Oracle Fusion, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder (JDA), SAP IBP, and o9. You also collaborate effectively with Analytics BI team members to develop tools in systems such as Anaplan, Tableau, and Power BI.

  • You have experience in multiple supply chain disciplines, including supply planning, procurement, demand planning, sourcing, and contract manufacturing planning.

You Lead with Excellence:
  • You develop, implement, and lead supply chain programs that meet and exceed expected outcomes, ensuring stakeholder management and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

You are Adaptable:
  • You adjust easily to a dynamic, ever-changing environment while promoting a collaborative atmosphere where team members can share ideas and work together to achieve common goals.

Your Analytical Mind:
  • You possess excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, driving successful outcomes in all initiatives.

Experience and Education Requirements:
  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree with 8-12 years of related industry experience.

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
